Gentle, family-friendly dental care that helps children feel comfortable, build healthy habits and grow confident smiles for life.

Getting children to brush their teeth is hard enough. Convincing them to visit the dentist? That’s often an even bigger challenge. But helping children build healthy oral habits early is one of the best ways to prevent bigger problems later on and develop healthy oral habits.
That’s why we take a gentle, relaxed approach to children’s dentistry in Beaumaris. Our team takes the time to get to know your child, explain things in an age-appropriate way and help them feel at ease throughout their visit. (And yes, there are usually a few giggles and fun rewards along the way, too.)

Between school drop-offs, sport, birthday parties and everything else on the calendar, finding time for dental appointments isn't always easy. So, we've made it simpler, with convenient online booking, after-school appointments, specific evening and Saturday availability.

Children ask great questions, and we believe they deserve answers they can actually understand. Our team explains dental care in simple, child-friendly language that helps kids feel informed, comfortable and involved in their visit. After all, things tend to feel a lot less scary when they make sense.

Healthy smiles aren't built in the dental chair alone. Alongside regular check-ups, we'll share practical tips and take-home dental kits to support a lifetime of strong teeth and confident smiles.

From routine check-ups to unexpected dental mishaps, we’re here to keep your child’s smile healthy, happy and on track.

Regular children's dental check-ups help us monitor growing smiles, spot concerns early and keep teeth clean, healthy and strong. For teeth cleaning, we use Airflow technology, which means no gritty polishing paste and a more comfortable experience for little mouths.

Fissure sealants, remineralisation treatments and early tooth decay management help protect young teeth and reduce the need for more complex treatment later.

When treatment is needed, we use natural-looking tooth-coloured fillings designed to restore and protect growing teeth.

Early detection means simpler treatment. We'll keep an eye on how your child's teeth and jaws are developing and recommend early intervention options, such as spacers, expanders or interceptive braces, if needed.

Active kids deserve extra protection. Custom-fitted mouthguards help reduce the risk of dental injuries during sport and play.

Whether it's a toothache, chipped tooth or unexpected dental injury, we'll provide prompt, compassionate care when your child needs it most.

Some children feel comfortable visiting the dentist. Others need a little more reassurance, and that’s completely normal.
For suitable children, happy gas (nitrous oxide) may help calm nerves and make treatment feel less overwhelming. Combined with our gentle approach, advanced technology and child-appropriate communication, it can help create a calmer, more positive experience for children and parents alike.

One less thing for busy parents to worry about.
Eligible families may be able to access children’s dental care through the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). Our team can help you understand what’s covered and check your eligibility.

All major health funds are welcome, with on-the-spot claims available. We are proud to be an HCF Preferred Provider.

A child's first visit to our children's dental clinic is all about helping them feel comfortable and confident. We'll gently introduce them to the dental environment, check how their teeth and jaws are developing, and provide practical advice on brushing, diet and children oral health care. Our goal is to create a positive experience that helps build good habits for life.
Most children benefit from a dental check-up every six months, but this can vary depending on their individual needs. Regular visits allow us to monitor their oral development, provide preventative dentistry for children and identify any concerns before they become bigger problems.
First, know that it's completely normal. Many children feel nervous about visiting the dentist, especially if it's their first appointment.
As a gentle dentist for children, we understand that some kids need a little extra reassurance. Our friendly team takes the time to explain everything in ‘kid speak’, move at your child's pace and focus on creating a positive experience from the very beginning.
For suitable children, happy gas may be an option to help make visits more comfortable. If you're looking for a child-friendly dentist in Beaumaris, we're here to help your child feel comfortable at the dentist from an early age.
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a Medicare-funded program that helps eligible families access essential dental care for their children. As a CDBS dentist, we accept benefits for essential, preventative and restorative services covered by the scheme, such as check-ups, X-rays, cleans, fissure sealants, fillings and extractions. CDBS doesn't cover orthodontics, cosmetic procedures or treatment done in the hospital.
Children may be eligible if they are aged 0–17 and their family receives Family Tax Benefit Part A or certain government payments.
Not sure if your child qualifies? Our team can check your eligibility, or you can contact Medicare on 132 011.
